OF THE DISPLAY AND THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Brief
Design an interactive walk through display for the 2012 launch of Universal Pictures - Snow White and the Huntsman movie, which was sighted in 12 key cinemas in the UK.

Execution
Using a variety of materials a dramatic forest and castle scene was created, incorporating the use of motion sensor, sound chips, fazing LED’s and a built in screen running a loop of the movie trailer.
This sensory atmospheric display received extremely positive feedback from Universal and also generated excitement and anticipation from those experiencing the walk through, encouraging them to go and see the movie.

UNDER EACH OF THE ARCHES THERE ARE MOVEMENT SENSORS WHICH ACTIVATE SOUND DEVICES, WITH PRE RECORDED SOUND BITES
OF CREEPY FOREST NOISES
LARGE GRAPHIC PANELS FORM THE OUTER WALLS OF THE FOREST SCENE HOLDING STRIKING KEY ART IMAGES FROM THE MOVIE
THICK CARDBOARD BOX STRUCTURES FORM THE WALLS OF THE CASTLE SCENE,INCORPORATING A CURVED SHIELD FEATURE
A MIRROR WALL WITH 3D CONCAVE MIRROR FEATURE, SURROUNDED BY HAND MADE LED CANDLES CREATES THE POWERFUL MIRROR, MIRROR ON THE WALL SCENCE FROM THE MOVIE. THE FINAL CASTLE WALL HOLDS A BUILT IN TV SCREEN PLAYING THE TRAILER FROM THE MOVIE ON A CONTINUOUS LOOP.
